WHAT:
At the event, attendees will have the opportunity to meet Capital Building Committee members and Owner’s Project Manager for the Swansea Municipal Complex project.
This project will study options for a municipal complex that will address the needs and requirements of the Town Hall, Town Hall Annex, the Council on Aging, and the Department of Public Works. The goals of this project include reviewing the Town’s needs for office space to continue and expand services, better organize the Town’s facilities, and provide a financing plan for the capital expenditures.
Residents and community members are invited to learn more about the project, engage in a listening session, and provide feedback.
